Technical Account Manager

Clearable US Citizen (Clearance up to TS/SCI Preferred)

Location: Washington, DC

Role Summary

This role drives product adoption, proactive risk reduction, and leading-practice guidance as a

Google Partner at their most strategic customers, helping them accelerate digital

transformation, secure cloud infrastructure, and scale cloud capabilities that support national

defense.

Job Responsibilities

• The role leads technical activities across multiple work streams with key stakeholders and delivery partners, focusing on cloud architecture advisory, operational excellence, and compliance.
• The role collaborates with product and engineering teams as a customer advocate, shaping new products, features, and bug fixes that support government and education customers.
• The role partners with Support, Product Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering to plan customer events and launches, guide escalations to resolution, and maintain operational readiness.
• The role manages stakeholder relationships as a trusted technical advisor, leads quarterly reviews, hosts executive sessions, and develops tactical plans that support successful technical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Four years of customer-facing experience managing Google Cloud implementations or transformation programs, including launch or capacity planning, product release management, technical support, escalation management, or consulting.
• At least one year of hands-on experience with modern software

Salary Range 
$180,000 - $200,000
