Summary

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Staffing Specialist to provide comprehensive federal staffing and recruitment support, including personnel action processing, position evaluation, vacancy announcement development, candidate screening, and recruitment events. The position applies OPM qualification standards and supports federal hiring activities throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-lifecycle federal staffing and recruitment activities.
• Apply OPM qualification standards and classification guidance.
• Develop vacancy announcements in USA Staffing.
• Evaluate position descriptions and prepare job analyses and crediting plans.
• Prepare evaluation statements and FLSA determinations.
• Process complex SF-50 personnel actions.
• Calculate Service Computation Dates (SCDs) and maintain electronic Official Personnel Folders (eOPFs).
• Support job fairs, direct-hire events, and candidate pre-screening.
• Provide staffing guidance and respond to hiring manager inquiries.
• Use federal HR systems including USA Staffing, CHRIS, Workday, FHR Navigator, and Yello.

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of professional federal HR management experience.
• At least 5 years applying OPM General Schedule Qualification Operating Policies and the Classifier's Handbook.
• Advanced experience with federal position classification, staffing, and personnel actions.
• Experience with SF-50 processing, SCD calculations, and eOPFs.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• Active OPM Delegated Examining (DE) Certification required.

Preferred

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
