Job Description
SAI, a small business government contractor, is seeking a mission-driven professional to support a Human Capital contract in in the DC Metro area. The candidate will join a collaborative, experienced team contributing to operational HR excellence for a dynamic federal workforce.
SAI is looking for highly motivated Human Capital professionals to support a Human Capital Contract. The role involves providing comprehensive support to the Talent and Performance Management Team, focusing on communications and change management. This position offers a unique chance to work at the heart of government human capital operations, engaging with leadership, government systems, and internal contractor teams. Responsibilities include developing policies, applying practical experience, and translating federal HR knowledge into actionable tasks.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Developing and executing Strategic Communications Plans
• Developing communications deliverables to include emails and other program resources, as needed
• Managing program inboxes and responding to stakeholder inquiries in a clear and efficient manner
• Coordinate across workstreams to ensure all stakeholder inquiries and client requests are answered with clear and concise responses
• Developing information briefs, white papers, and/or other deliverables to support key Talent and Performance Management activities
• Reviewing current processes to identify and implement process improvements and automation to streamline and simplify activities
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies related to communications and change initiatives and recommend mitigation strategies
• Updating and maintaining all standard operating procedures, job aids, deliberation methodologies, trainings and business rules in support of relevant programs
• Regular and sustained client interaction, encompassing both formal presentations and informal, routine communication
• Developing strategic documents, implementation plans, stakeholder assessments, stakeholder engagements, newsletters, videos, speeches, and communications frameworks
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and audience segmentation to tailor communications and engagement strategies

Preferred Skills/Experience
• Experience developing and delivering foundational communications and training materials for Talent Management Systems
• Experience supporting change management efforts with organizational change implementations; understanding of change principles and methodologies with the ability to define a flexible, unique approach based on the business need and working environment
• Project management, planning, performance metrics and reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic Qualifications:
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
• Ability to pass a CI polygraph
• 5+ years of Human Capital experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
