Job Description

SAI, a small business government contractor, is looking for a mission-driven expert to assist with a Human Capital contract in the DC Metro area. The selected candidate will become part of a collaborative, skilled team dedicated to achieving operational HR excellence for a diverse federal workforce.

SAI is looking for enthusiastic Human Capital experts at both Junior and Mid-Level to assist with a Talent Management Contract. Applicants will be matched to the role that aligns with their experience and education—either Junior or Mid-Level. This role provides a chance to be at the heart of government human capital functions, working directly with leadership, government systems, and internal contractor teams.




Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Development, collection, analysis, and reporting of Human Capital data to answer complex ad-hoc client requests
• Development of data visualizations using PowerPoint and Excel
• Supporting and advising the Deloitte team and client on tools and techniques to improve the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of information using databases, spreadsheets, and structured queries of relational databases
• Working with the government product owner to develop and prioritize technical requirements, develop testing scripts, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) of web applications
• Submitting and tracking data requests across multiple clients, coordinating with external offices, providing leadership/team updates, and engaging with clients to address inquiries
• Managing large Human Capital data sets across multiple client programs
• Advising and designing data visualization dashboards for client KPIs in coordination with the client's technical development office




Preferred Skills/Experience
• Experience engaging with clients, eliciting requirements, and implementing analytics and visualization solutions
• An entrepreneurial spirit and an interest in business development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills



Basic Qualifications:
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
• Ability to pass a CI polygraph
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PeopleSoft or federal HR systems is a plus



Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience, education, and the candidate’s functional alignment with service areas.
