Shifts/Schedule: Standard Day Shift – Fully Onsite
Contract to Hire: 6month contract to Hire , you will convert perm after 6 months

Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a TS/SCI-cleared UAS Enterprise Resource Manager / UAS Subject Matter Expert to support a defense customer in Alexandria, VA. This individual will serve as the organization's senior authority for the centralized management, sourcing, allocation, and accountability of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) supporting testing, experimentation, training, operational assessments, and capability development efforts. The selected candidate will consolidate enterprise-wide UAS requirements, forecast demand, manage inventory, recommend acquisition strategies, and allocate assets based on organizational priorities. They will work closely with engineering, test, contracting, logistics, and resource management teams to ensure UAS capabilities are available when required. This role requires deep technical expertise across commercial, modified commercial, and purpose-built UAS platforms, as well as experience supporting test and evaluation environments.
Must Haves:
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience supporting UAS, test and evaluation, acquisition, or defense programs
• Extensive knowledge of commercial, modified commercial, and purpose-built UAS platforms
• Experience with fixed-wing, rotary-wing, VTOL, Group 1-3 UAS, autonomous and semi-autonomous systems
• Experience managing enterprise-level inventory, asset allocation, logistics, or resource management programs
• Ability to translate operational, testing, or experimentation requirements into technical UAS solutions
• Experience conducting UAS market research and evaluating platforms against mission requirements
• Knowledge of federal acquisition and contracting processes
• Experience collaborating with contracting, logistics, engineering, range operations, and resource management stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with experience developing forecasts, metrics, utilization reports, and inventory management strategies
• Excellent communication skills with experience briefing senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting Army, DoD, Test & Evaluation, or Science & Technology organizations
• Experience supporting operational assessments, threat replication, experimentation, or capability development efforts
• Knowledge of airworthiness, spectrum, flight safety, and UAS regulatory requirements
• Experience supporting POM development, budget planning, spend plans, and resource forecasting
• Familiarity with enterprise procurement strategies including IDIQs, BPAs, and strategic sourcing vehicles
• Experience developing dashboards and common operating pictures for executive leadership
• Knowledge of emerging UAS technologies, swarm capabilities, GPS-denied operations, and advanced communications architectures
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Serve as the central point of contact for enterprise-wide UAS requirements collection and validation.
• Maintain visibility of UAS inventory, availability, configurations, locations, and utilization across the organization.
• Forecast future UAS demand and recommend sourcing, procurement, and allocation strategies.
• Evaluate commercial and government UAS solutions to support testing, training, experimentation, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with resource management, contracting, logistics, engineering, and test teams to ensure UAS capabilities are available when needed.
• Develop inventory metrics, utilization reports, demand forecasts, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Support acquisition planning, vendor evaluations, technical requirements development, and contract strategy efforts.
• Participate in test planning activities to align UAS capabilities with operational and experimentation objectives.
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve UAS sourcing, inventory management, and allocation processes.
