Senior Systems Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support a leading aerospace and defense organization in the greater Salt Lake City area. This individual will play a key role in the integration and certification of complex aircraft systems, supporting both military and commercial aviation programs.

The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for driving systems engineering activities across the full project lifecycle, including requirements development, architecture definition, verification and validation, testing, certification support, and cross-functional coordination. This position requires close collaboration with engineering teams, program leadership, customers, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet performance, airworthiness, and mission requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in highly regulated aerospace environments and possess a strong understanding of systems engineering principles, aircraft integration efforts, certification processes, and model-based systems engineering methodologies. The successful candidate will support multiple concurrent projects while ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and program execution objectives are achieved.
