Job Description
TTG Solutions is seeking a dedicated Systems Engineer to ensure the seamless operation and security compliance of applications infrastructure across all networks. The candidate will play a crucial role in implementing technical precepts and contributing to a 24/7 on-call rotation to support our growing infrastructure needs. - Design, install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure high availability.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
- Develop custom scripts to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network components.
- Collaborate closely with developers, management, and other departments to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system architecture, procedures, and support.
- Research and assess emerging technologies for potential upgrades or new implementations.

Total Compensation = $277,350

- 2+ years of experience in system engineering, testing, or DevOps roles
- Proven experience configuring CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools
- Strong working knowledge of Jenkins, Linux/Unix, version control (Git), and scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Familiarity with Agile development practices
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with test frameworks
- Strategic thinking and big-picture perspective
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- A passion for IT and continuous learning
