TTG-342 - UI/UX Developer - $325,000 Total Compensation

TTG Solutions is seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to shape the user experience and visual design of digital products. We are looking for someone who can conduct user research and transform insights into interactive prototypes, creating intuitive and cohesive interfaces. Key responsibilities include conducting user research to understand audience needs, translating those insights into wireframes and interactive prototypes, and creating human-centered interfaces that ensure consistency and usability. You will collaborate with product managers and developers to implement solutions that address real user problems and align with the brand's vision.Senior 3 years of unrelated experience = 1 year of related experience. Bachelors preferred. Master's degree = 1 year of additional related experience. 3 certifications and/or other applicable credentials = 1 year of additional related experience.

Requirements: 8-11 years experience

• 6+ years of experience
• Modern front-end technologies (React, Next.js, etc.)
• JavaScript
• TypeScript
• HTML
• CSS
• Design tools proficiency
• Color theory
• Grid systems
• Detail-oriented design and implementation

• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
• Animation and micro-interaction design skills
• Experience conducting usability testing
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc... and it is calculated using the following formula:

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits Budget + Retirement + Bonus + Training Budget + Phone Stipend
