Systems Engineer Level 4 - Onsite | Colorado Springs, CO [About the Role] Indotronix is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer Level 4 to join our dynamic team in Colorado Springs, CO. As a valued contributor, you will play a pivotal role in advancing C2BMC Element capabilities within the Ballistic Missile Defense System. This onsite position offers exposure to cutting-edge defense technologies, opportunities to collaborate with leading industry experts, and the chance to directly support our nation's security. [Responsibilities] - Drive development and execution of comprehensive assessment programs supporting missile defense command and control systems. - Evaluate and optimize system performance across diverse scenarios and architectures. - Develop, maintain, and improve analysis tools, including modeling and simulation platforms, to predict and enhance defense system effectiveness. - Lead integration and checkout activities by scheduling, assigning, and monitoring tasks, ensuring successful system integration. - Support subject matter experts in integration, test domains, and system engineering performance initiatives. - Create and refine requirements and architecture for MDS systems, utilizing MBSE tools. - Lead, document, and improve integration, test processes, and team productivity tools. - Conduct system analysis trade studies and develop technical solutions to complex missile defense challenges. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive capability assessments and process enhancements. [Required Skills and Experience] - Bachelor's or Master of Science in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry from an accredited institution. - Active DoD Secret Clearance. - At least one year of hands-on systems engineering experience (design, architecture, integration, requirements, or test). - Proficiency in Python, Java, MATLAB, MBSE tools (CAMEO or DOORS), and System Architect. - Strong analytical, collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities. [Preferred Skills] - Three or more years of related experience. - Current or obtainable Top Secret Clearance. - Deepening knowledge of DoD and missile defense command/control, battle management, communications architectures, and test/data analysis methods. - Experience in requirements verification, Agile development, scripting, and automated test development. - Capability in developing assessment plans, objectives, and related procedures.
