MINDBANK JOB OPENING
THIS JOB IS FOR THE NAVY AND REQUIRES SOME TECH EXPERIENCE HAVING WORKE FOR THE NAVY.
Position: Service Desk Mobile/Desktop and VTC (Tier 3)
Location: Pentagon, Arlington, VA
Pay Rate: $85,000 - $90,000 plus Benefits, PTO, Holiday Pay, 401k, Life Insurance etc.
Clearance: **Must have at least a Secret Clearance for this job***
Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for a Sr. Help Desk Technician (Tier 3).
Service Desk Mobile, Desktop and VTC (Tier 3) Responsibilities:
Serves as the point of contact for escalated Tier III troubleshooting of PC h/w and s/w, desktop, laptops and printer problems and network applications.
Performs in-depth analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop and workstations and laptops.
Perform support and trouble shooting for mobile devices, iPhones, Android, iPad, tablets
Able to support and backfill Video Teleconference (VTC) and Wireless technician with experience working in both areas.
Work with tokens and be a Navy Trusted Agent for issuing SIPR Tokens.
Service Desk Mobile/Desktop/VTC Job Qualifications:
Must have a Security+ Certification that is up to date.
Must have an active Secret clearance.
Must have 7 years of IT experience.
Must have 4 years of specialized experience in PC and mobile devices and wireless technologies including expert knowledge of PC operating systems, networking and mail standards and experience working with a team in a help desk environment.
Must have experience with Navy Trusted Agent for issuing SIPR Tokens.
Must have some leadership experience to assist with the helpdesk on tasks, projects and client’s initiatives.
Must demonstrate the ability to communicate orally and in writing well.
Must have a positive customer service attitude.
