Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 grade equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical engineering and administrative oversight on the manufacturing of explosives or technology development to ensure deliverables meet quality and safety requirements for operational timeliness and success.

- You will be responsible for management, supervision, and oversight of manufacturing/plant operations.
- You will be required to manage and supervise engineering technicians and operations personnel.
- You will be responsible for official timekeeping and approval for assigned government and contractor personnel, workload and leave planning, operational schedule commitments, performance management, and ensure employee opportunity and accountability.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current explosive handler certification.
- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.

- You may be required to serve a one year supervisory probationary period.
- This position requires shift work. You will be required to work night, morning, and noon shifts.
