TTG-334 - Systems Engineer - $265,100 Total Compensation

TTG Solutions is seeking an experienced Cisco Voice Engineer to join our team in supporting a mission-critical, technology-driven program. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level Cisco Unified Communications solutions within a secure environment. The Cisco Voice Engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and deploying new Cisco Voice infrastructure such as CUCM, Unity Connection, IM&P, and UCCX. Key tasks include implementing next-generation voice technologies, participating in security accreditation activities, and managing PKI/certificate requirements. The role also involves performing system upgrades and lifecycle maintenance, supporting new site standups with dial plan design, executing call routing tasks, and collaborating with internal teams on network integration activities. Additionally, the engineer will ensure compliance with security procedures and support secure communications infrastructure.Senior Requires a minimum of six (6) years of experience specific to the skill.

Requirements: 6 yrs - 10 yrs 11 mo

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of six years of Voice/UC engineering experience
• Expertise in SIP signaling and call flows
• Knowledge of Secure Real-Time Transport Protocol (SRTP)
• Experience with SIP, MGCP, H.323
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking and MPLS transport environments
• Experience with DNS and DHCP
• RTP media handling
• Experience with enterprise-scale voice environments
• Ability to troubleshoot complex call routing and signaling issues
• Strong communication skills

• Advanced expertise in SIP signaling and multi-vendor integration
• Experience in mixed-protocol environments with H.323
• Cisco Certified Collaboration Professional (CCCP)
• CCNP Collaboration
• CCIE Collaboration
• Avaya Communications Certification or experience with Avaya platforms
• Experience with secure communications devices
• Familiarity with government security accreditation processes
• Experience in designing or supporting call center technologies like Cisco UCCX/UCCE or Avaya equivalent

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc... and it is calculated using the following formula:

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits Budget + Retirement + Bonus + Training Budget + Phone Stipend
