TTG-335 - Systems Engineer - $315,450 Total Compensation

TTG Solutions is seeking experienced Cisco Voice Engineers to join our team in supporting a high-security, enterprise-level communications program. Our ideal candidate is a visionary in designing, deploying, and sustaining Cisco Unified Communications solutions in a complex environment. Design, test, and deploy new Cisco Voice infrastructure such as CUCM, Unity Connection, IM&P, and UCCX. Implement next-generation voice system technologies and perform security accreditation activities. Manage PKI/certificate requirements, perform system upgrades, and provide engineering support for new site standups. Design call center technologies, execute call routing tasks, and collaborate with customers and network teams for system integration. Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and support secure communications devices.Expert Generally requires eleven (11) years of experience specific to the skill and relevant training or certifications

Requirements: 11 yrs - 15 yrs 11 mos

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 11 years of overall experience
• Minimum of 8 years in Voice/UC engineering
• Expert-level proficiency in SIP signaling, SRTP, SIP, MGCP, H.323, TCP/IP networking, MPLS environments, DNS, DHCP
• Experience leading enterprise-scale voice deployments
• Ability to troubleshoot complex call routing and signaling issues
• Strong communication skills

• Expertise in multi-vendor integration
• Hands-on experience with H.323
• Cisco Certified Collaboration Professional (CCCP) or equivalent
• CCNP Collaboration
• CCIE Collaboration
• Avaya Communications Certification or experience
• Experience with secure communications devices
• Familiarity with government security accreditation processes
• Experience with call center technologies
• Experience in high-security environments

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc... and it is calculated using the following formula:

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits Budget + Retirement + Bonus + Training Budget + Phone Stipend
