TTG-336 - Systems Integrator - $246,100 Total Compensation

TTG Solutions is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer with over 6 years of experience to join our team. We are looking for candidates who can work effectively in an enterprise IT environment, particularly with voice technologies, to support the implementation and maintenance of advanced communication systems. Responsibilities include collaborating with network and telecom engineers on telephony integration, designing and deploying voice infrastructure, supporting next-generation voice technologies, and managing system security accreditation. The role also involves certificate management, system upgrades, and configuration. Daily tasks involve supporting new site voice installations, training users, and planning transitions, contributing to call routing design, and ensuring compliance with standards. The Systems Engineer will gain hands-on experience with secure voice systems and provide Tier 4 engineering support. Familiarity with platforms such as Skype for Business and Avaya Communication Manager is expected.Senior Requires a minimum of six (6) years of experience specific to the skill.

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or computer engineering
• Experience working in an enterprise IT environment
• Skills related to Voice, telephony integration, call center support
• Design, testing, and deployment of voice infrastructure
• Implementation of next-generation voice technologies
• System security accreditation
• Certificate management for secure systems
• System upgrades, patching, and configuration
• Support for new site voice system setups
• Hands-on experience with secure voice devices and infrastructure components
• Tier 4 engineering support under supervision

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc... and it is calculated using the following formula:

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits Budget + Retirement + Bonus + Training Budget + Phone Stipend
