TTG-340 - Systems Engineer - $325,000 Total Compensation

TTG Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating and maintaining innovative learning technologies and services that empower workforce training and development. The ServiceNow Developer will manage and provide operations and maintenance for current ServiceNow applications/instances and develop future applications in response to evolving needs. Key responsibilities include creating and modifying workflows, developing notifications and reports, and writing various scripts using JavaScript. The role also involves supporting systems installation and configuration for Windows servers, and developing web application programming interfaces while incorporating Infosec policies.Subject Matter Expert Normally requires at least sixteen (16) years of experience specific to the skill or occupation. For specific computer languages, systems or technologies, expertise with the subject matter or technology outweighs the number of years of experience.

Requirements: 16 yrs+

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ServiceNow
• Experience managing workflow processes in ServiceNow
• Developing applications in ServiceNow
• Creating and modifying Workflows, Catalog Items, and Record Producers
• Developing notifications and reports in ServiceNow
• Creating Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ACLs using JavaScript
• Familiarity with MySQL
• Familiarity with PHP scripting
• Experience developing in an Agile environment
• Experience tracking issues in JIRA
• Familiarity with systems installation and configuration for Windows servers
• Familiarity with developing web application programming interfaces (API)
• Familiarity with incorporating Infosec policies into requirements documentation

• Familiarity with relational database programming (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server)
• Experience providing briefings on technical project status
• Strong communication skills with diverse audiences
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
• Familiarity with Linux or Windows operating environments
• Experience with Object Oriented programming
• Experience with software project lifecycle principles
• Knowledge of learning enterprise technologies and applications

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc... and it is calculated using the following formula:

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits Budget + Retirement + Bonus + Training Budget + Phone Stipend
