We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Information Systems Security Engineer to join our team in Washington, DC. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining security solutions to protect critical information systems and data.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security strategies and best practices
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
• Manage security incidents and respond to threats
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security into systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in information systems security
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM preferred
• Strong understanding of network security, encryption, and access controls
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
