Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications makes you an integral part of delivering a customer focused engineering solution.

As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to shape the space security cooperation and security assistance mission by providing technical expertise to integrate a U.S. Space Force mission area programs of record into the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) enterprise and enable export to international partners. You’ll coordinate with key stakeholders to support the technology release and foreign disclosure (TRFD) process and ensure compliance with Air Force Policy. You’ll develop and deliver high-quality written products and briefings to executive-level leadership to report programmatic milestones. This position is located in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications
6+ years of experience with space operations
3+ years of experience with the mission area
Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and FMS policies, processes, and stakeholders
Ability to use MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint, and communicate at the executive level
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a systems engineering, mathematics, electrical engineering, or computer science field

Nice To Have Qualifications
Experience with TRFD policy and processes
Knowledge of Senior and executive leadership’s role in security assistance and FMS and their relationships to key stakeholders
Ability to use Power Apps such as Power BI
TS/SCI clearance
Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $120,000 - $170,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
