Responsibilities
A senior Air Force Test and Evaluation Foreign Materiel for Test and Evaluation with demonstrated experience in Foreign Materiel Acquisition and Foreign Materiel Exploitation.
- Provides support on special programs on planning and execution of airborne foreign materiel acquisition (FMA) and foreign materiel exploitation (FME) programs.
- Manages airborne FMA and FME programs to ensure they are meeting current guidelines and regulations, and identifies limitations, shortfalls and solutions within these programs.
- Extends your knowledge of the workings of the Air Force, Joint and National intelligence communities in order to integrate TEZ requirements into their respective systems.
- Collects requirements and develops strategies for airborne FMA & FME initiatives, to include staffing, funding and legal priorities.
- Reviews, evaluates and disseminates FMP products.
- Create and review technical documentation, formulate technical concepts and methodologies on FMP tests or projects.
- Develops and presents briefings on the FMP mission to USAF units and senior USAF leaders.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Master's degree
- 15 years of relevant experience in the Foreign Materiel Program (FMP) and the Air Force Intelligence community including 10 years in foreign materiel acquisition and foreign materiel exploitation.
- TS/SCI Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance.
- SAP access
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience with Department of War systems acquisition and T&E.
- Former Military experience
- Excellent writing, communication and briefing skills
