Job Overview:
The Executive Receptionist provides executive-level reception, administrative, guest-service, and secure conference room support for classified meetings at the White House Campus. The position supports senior Government leaders and officials by coordinating schedules and meeting spaces, greeting and directing participants, managing correspondence and calls, maintaining access control and physical security, and protecting classified and confidential information in accordance with WHSR procedures. This position is contingent upon contract award, Government approval as Key Personnel, successful completion of required security onboarding, and availability of funding.

The Executive Receptionist provides executive-level reception, administrative, guest-service, and secure conference room support for classified meetings at the White House Campus. The position supports senior Government leaders and officials by coordinating schedules and meeting spaces, greeting and directing participants, managing correspondence and calls, maintaining access control and physical security, and protecting classified and confidential information in accordance with WHSR procedures. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide polished VIP guest services by greeting, welcoming, and directing high-profile clients, visitors, senior Government leaders, and meeting participants.
- Support secure, executive-level meetings involving the President, Vice President, National Security Advisor, senior White House personnel, and other Government leaders.
- Manage secure conference room scheduling, verify bookings, provide access, direct participant flow, and coordinate meeting setup with other Executive Assistants.
- Manage and screen telephone calls, emails, correspondence, mail, and deliveries related to the conference room space in a professional executive-level manner.
- Anticipate executive and meeting requirements and address needs proactively, efficiently, and discreetly.
- Monitor and maintain the physical security and access control of White House secure conference facilities, coordinating with security staff as necessary.
- Manage conference rooms in accordance with protocols for executive-level meetings and WHSR Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain the reception area and manage office and conference support supplies, materials, inventory, and meeting name plates.
- Manage and control classified documents efficiently and in accordance with all security protocols.
- Analyze, develop, and review program administrative operating procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all executive and classified matters and comply with NDA, onboarding, professional appearance, and conduct requirements.
- Provide mission-critical and surge support when workload exceeds baseline staffing capacity, including extended-hour, holiday, emergency, and potential 24-hour coverage as directed.

- Secure-facility access control and careful handling of classified documents.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, office equipment, and the ability to learn stand-alone applications.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least three years of experience supporting senior executives in a high-level corporate, executive-office, White House, military, intelligence-community, or C-Suite Government environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to become proficient in stand-alone applications.
- Ability to work on-site during core operations, Monday through Friday from 0600 to 1800, and provide two hours of on-call service on a 24/7 basis upon Government notification.
- Ability to support a typical 40-hour workweek and remain available for mission-essential, emergency, weather-emergency, surge, extended-hour, holiday, and potential 24-hour coverage requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure in a complex and changing executive environment.
Security Requirement:
- Top Secret/SCI clearance and access are required. Employment is subject to favorable EOP Security Office approval, National Security Council onboarding/screening, and ongoing compliance with continuous evaluation, security, and nondisclosure requirements.
