Job Description
When mission customers need IT services from a large enterprise provider, they need a single trusted advocate who can translate their operational needs into requirements the enterprise can actually deliver. The Red Gate Group is seeking a Customer Advocate to support the IT services organization of a major Intelligence Community customer as the customer-facing representative to external mission partners. You will lead IT requirements collection from origination to final fulfillment: engaging, educating, and advising customers to define, refine, and document their requirements, performing in-depth requirements analysis, proposing potential solutions, and coordinating internally across the IT organization to oversee service fulfillment and migration activities so customers receive consistent, reliable IT services.
Day to day, you will serve as the main point of contact for government contracting and technical leadership while interacting with external customers, provide situational awareness on customer requirements while identifying internal process improvements, and collaborate across the organization to define and refine methodologies for requirements determination. You will work with partners and customers to understand new service offerings and translate them into internal requirements that design and engineering teams can implement, and you will build and maintain online requirement repositories, working with development, engineering, and testing teams to create traceability from requirements origination through testing to implementation while documenting and applying lessons learned.
