Systems Engineer

Seeking a Windows Engineer with a minimum of 6 years' experience and significant experience with Trellix Security or other similar products.
This candidate will expertly use MECM to proactively manage equipment lifecycles, efficiently deploy software and policies in a consistent manner, and provide data for troubleshooting computer issues.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
We are seeking a Windows Systems Engineer with a minimum of 6 years' experience, a Bachelor's Degree, and significant experience with Trellix Security or other similar products.
Required Strong Engineering experience with the following:
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in cybersecurity operations, cybersecurity engineering, systems engineering and/or Windows and Linux systems administration
• Experience with
o Active Directory
o Trellix Endpoint Security (ENS)
o ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO)
o Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
o Threat Intelligence Exchange (TIE)
o Data Exchange Layer (DXL)
• Databases, Virtualization, Cloud Services [i.e., AWS, Azure]) and enterprise networks
• The aptitude and ability to develop expertise with Trellix products
• Familiarity with cyber threat identification, management, mitigation, and response strategies
• Planning and implementation of new architecture for services and replacement of old infrastructure for maintaining optimal performance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
• Writing technical documentation and briefings
• Leading and/or participating in technical exchange meetings
• Collaborating with end users as well as inter-agency, intra-agency, and internal Trellix stakeholders
• Leading or participating in certification and accreditation and/or access and authorization processes
• Leading or participating in deployment planning and execution
• Leading or participating in system configuration, tuning, and policy development
• Monitoring and managing system health, status, availability, and functionality
• Reporting on technical problems, operational problems, and end user/customer feedback
• Analyzing data and provide recommendations for solutions to operational and/or technical problems
• Leading or participating in technical troubleshooting efforts and problem resolution, including assessment, hands-on tasks, log reviews, performing triage tools, reviewing product documentation, and communicating with product support and development teams
