FIELD ENGINEER

Field Engineer/Installer: Responsible for repairing, testing, and deploying devices in support of a global network. Work as a member of a team installing and maintaining a host of today's latest communication systems and complex networks. Expected to work in remote autonomous environments across the globe and collaborate with a diverse cadre of IT Operational Specialist, LAN/WAN Engineers as well as Facility management and Logistics professionals. Travel OCONUS to conduct site surveys as well as, install/repair equipment with relations to network/facilities equipment and specifications. Design, update and record all areas of system installations and connectivity, using Customer procedures and direction. Train customers in the operation of equipment and testing of installed systems. Compose, review, and provide updates to technical documentation.
