Security Manager L1

Jovian Concepts, LLC is looking to hire a Security Manger Level 1 to support one of our key programs located in Okinawa.

A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a Polygraph from the MD Customer is required. No CCA's will be accepted at this time.

This role is critical to ensuring the operations of our site are secure and maintaining compliance with all relevant security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Implement and manage visitor control procedures
  
  


• 
  Conduct physical security inspections and resolve deficiencies
  
  


• 
  Respond to alarms per SOPs and document security activity in duty logs
  
  


• 
  Support the Site Chief in developing and reviewing emergency and perimeter security procedures
  
  


• 
  Coordinate with the local civilian guard force and assist in organizing periodic security drills
  
  


• 
  Administer and operate the site's Intrusion Detection and Security Systems (IDSS), including:
  
  
  
  
  
  • 
    Badge issuance and creation
    
    
  
  
  • 
    PIN administration and access control
    
    
  
  


• 
  Serve as COMSEC Sub-account Custodian for key lists and equipment
  
  


• 
  Act as the sub-document control station for classified message traffic
  
  


• 
  Maintain and update cryptographic equipment and provide support for COMSEC material usage
  
  

Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required. No CCA's will be accepted for this role.

  Minimum of 5 years of experience in the following security-related areas:

    COMSEC Management
    
    
  
  
  • 
    Site Security Officer (SSO)
    
    
  
  
  • 
    Physical & Personnel Security (including SSO functions)
