We’re looking for a mid-level Infrastructure Engineer to build, deploy, and operate the systems that support mission-focused software in production.
You’ll help improve the path from development to deployment, while ensuring operational environments are reliable, observable, secure, and maintainable. This role offers hands-on ownership across Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, and system integrations.
The ideal candidate combines strong infrastructure and software engineering skills with the ability to solve problems in secure, operationally constrained environments.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain CI/CD and release pipelines for cloud, on-premises, and deployed environments
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker
- Monitor production systems and lead incident response to maintain high availability
- Improve system reliability, observability, and operational processes
- Integrate applications and infrastructure with external systems and services
- Collaborate with researchers, software engineers, and end users to deliver reliable operational solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker
- Strong understanding of software deployment lifecycles across cloud and on-premises environments
- Software development experience with Java, Rust, TypeScript/React, or similar technologies
- Strong software engineering and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- U.S. citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitLab, Argo CD, or similar CI/CD platforms
- Experience with Keycloak or comparable identity and authentication systems
- Experience with Grafana, Loki, Alloy, or similar observability tools
- Production incident response experience
- Experience integrating software with external systems and services
