Location: Dulles, VA (100% Onsite)
Clearance: Active TS/SCI Required
Seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to support advanced national security and space-focused programs. This position offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical embedded systems, flight software, and hardware integration efforts in a highly collaborative engineering environment.
Required Skills:
Active TS/SCI clearance
Strong C/C++ and Python development experience
Linux and Git experience
Embedded software or firmware development
Ability to work directly with hardware and low-level interfaces
Desired Experience:
BSP or device driver development
UART, SPI, MIL-STD-1553, RS-422, or SpaceWire
Embedded Linux environments
Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GitLab, or CI/CD pipelines
Aerospace, avionics, spacecraft, or defense programs
What You'll Do:
Develop and integrate embedded software for mission-critical systems
Support hardware/software integration and testing
Participate in design, verification, and troubleshooting activities
Collaborate with software, systems, and hardware engineers
