The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage daily receiving, inspection, storage, staging, issue, shipment, and inventory activities
- Verify bills of lading, purchase-order receipts, DD Form 1149s, DD Form 1348-1As, serial numbers, NSNs, NIINs, quantities, and condition; maintain physical and financial inventory accountability
- Ensure accurate GCSS-MC transactions and records
- Manage GFP, shop stores, excess property, obsolete material, repairable items, and disposal actions
- Coordinate with DLA Disposition Services and local receiving/repairable issue activities
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Use contractor-provided stake-bed trucks to transport ACV parts, tools, and SL-3 material
- Support wall-to-wall inventories and warehouse reconfiguration
- Enforce safety, security, PPE, and property-control requirements
- Escort delivery vehicles onto the installation when required
- Obtain and maintain active user accounts / Roles and Responsibilities within the GCSS-MC for all Contractor personnel at their respective site for the entire period of performance
- Route material to prescribed storage locations
- Store, stack, or palletize material IAW prescribed storage methods
- Manage and conduct inventory of stored material
- Examine stored material and report deterioration and damage
- Remove material from storage and prepare it for shipment or issue
- Transport ACV vehicle parts, SL-3, Tools using Contractor rented stakebed truck to various locations on CPCA
- Have or obtain a forklift license to operate forklift in support of warehouse duties
- Assist in the setup, reconfiguration, or relocation of the warehouse as required, to include assembling shelving, stocking shelves, and setting up the Government-provided parts accountability system
- May perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous assignments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 5 years, including 2 years leading warehouse, supply, logistics, or property operations
- Warehouse, military supply, logistics, or Government property experience
- Prior warehouse lead, supervisor, or manager experience; GCSS-MC experience strongly preferred
- Experience with DoD forms, NSNs, NIINs, serial-number control, and property accountability
- Ability to operate a forklift up to 10,000-pound lift capacity; current forklift license or ability to obtain one before performance
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Clearance Requirement: Public Trust clearance is required. Personnel may also be required to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC), installation access, and successfully complete a background investigation and suitability determination, as applicable
