Required Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret/SCI (With Polygraph)- Mandatory 

Shift: Monday- Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (60-minute lunch)

Salary: $110,000.00 per year

Chimes is seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a high-profile government contract. What You'll Do
As the Operations Manager, you will:

- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned government contract.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with government personnel, facility representatives, customers, and community partners.
- Ensure all services are performed in accordance with contract specifications, company policies, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular observations and inspections across all shifts to ensure operational excellence.
- Lead, coach, evaluate, and develop supervisors and frontline staff.
- Partner with supervisory staff to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage employee schedules, job task assignments, and staffing plans.
- Establish and maintain quality control and inspection procedures.
- Review inspection reports, address deficiencies, and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure a consistently high level of service quality through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee employee training programs, including vendor-supported training opportunities.
- Conduct and reinforce safety training, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with SDS, Hazard Communications, Fire and Safety, Bloodborne Pathogens, and other applicable regulations.
- Monitor payroll, supply, and operational expenses to ensure alignment with established budgets.
- Manage inventory and coordinate the ordering of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Coordinate general maintenance and floor care services as required.
- Maintain accurate schedules, time records, reports, logs, evaluations, and employee communications.
- Analyze operational challenges and recommend practical solutions to leadership.
- Attend meetings with government, facility, customer, and organizational representatives.
- Respond appropriately to service requests, operational concerns, and emergency situations.
- Ensure compliance with building access, security, safety, dress code, and professional standards.
- Serve as a backup supervisor when necessary to maintain continuity of operations.
- Partner with Human Resources, outside agencies, and job coaches to support and sustain employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
- Provide guidance, direction, technical support, and ongoing feedback to staff.
- Maintain availability to respond to contract-related needs within required response timeframes.
- Successfully complete and maintain CPR/First Aid training requirements.

Qualifications

Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- College degree preferred.
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Knowledge of green cleaning principles and CIMS certification requirements preferred.
- Knowledge of electronic tracking systems such as MAXIMO, SAMS, TAMS, and JAMS preferred.

Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing a workforce providing services on a contract of similar scope and complexity.
- Demonstrated experience in building service or facility operations management.
- Strong knowledge of relevant equipment, chemicals, cleaning practices, and their appropriate applications.
- Experience managing employee performance, scheduling, training, quality control, and operational budgets.

Equivalent combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered.

Security & Other Requirements

- Active or ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Valid driver's license from the state of residence.
- Driver's license must have been valid for at least three (3) years.
- Acceptable driving record as determined by organizational insurance requirements and company policies.

Physical Requirements

- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Navigate stairs and large facilities.
- Reach overhead, bend, kneel, stoop, and crawl as necessary.
- Lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds.
- Work in dusty environments and varying weather conditions when required.
- Visually inspect floors, overhead areas, and facility surfaces for quality and safety.
