Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary: • Serve as a Systems Engineer and Subject Matter Expert to develop and deliver technical training, course materials, and qualification standards. • Support operators and analysts by designing hands-on exercises that reflect modern tradecraft, tools, and operational environments. • Leverage technical background in CNO operations, networking concepts, virtualization platforms, and scripting. Qualifications & Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of Experience: 8+ years • Total Compensation: $259k+ yearly Job Description: • Develop technical training curriculum, course materials, and hands-on exercises for the training team. • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to instruct, coach, and mentor students and junior personnel within training environments. • Develop and review Job Qualification Standards (JQS) and Technique Qualification Standards (TQS) to ensure training aligns with mission requirements. • Create and maintain training pipelines with measurable milestones and timeline adherence. • Provide systems engineering expertise and technical documentation support to the training team and stakeholders. • Utilize virtualization platforms such as VMware and KVM, script in Bash, Python, or C++, and support the application of AI/ML technologies.
