Job Description

Full Visibility is seeking a Senior Data Engineer, located in Huntsville, AL




Candidate MUST possess an ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI eligible clearance.

Individuals selected for this position will be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinations based on their assignment after their start date and must be able to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of their employment. 

• Responsible for carrying out engineering tasks to deliver an advanced visual analytic application to include: developing data analytics for desktop and web-developed visual analytic software; facilitating the bulk analysis of relational information utilizing advanced graphics, visualization, and high-performance computing, as well as using the specified open source, COTS, and GOTS technologies; and establishing an application that produces manageable, actionable intelligence from streams of a structured and semi-structured data.
  
• Design strategies for enterprise database systems and set standards for operations, programming, and security.
  
• Design and construct large relational databases.
  
• Integrate new systems with existing warehouse structure and refine system performance and functionality.
  

Requirements

• Active Top Secret
  Clearance/SCI Eligibility; This position may require the successful completion of a Counterintelligence (CI).
  

• The Senior Data Engineer, must have eight (8) years of experience in related field.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or in lieu of a degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant experience
  
• Must have experience with the following:
  
• Java
  
• AWS, ETL experience
  
• Spark / Scala, SQL / PLSQL
  
• Postgres, NiFi
  
• Informatica
  
• Linux
  
• Data pipelines (development, optimization, & tuning)
  

This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local market conditions, and candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. A reasonable salary range for this position is $165K - $184K.
