The Opportunity:
As a CACI SIGINT Analyst, you will serve as a key member of a mission-focused intelligence team supporting the United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), Special Operations Command South (SOCSOUTH), and Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational (JIIM) partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threats, Operations, and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. In this role, you will lead the delivery of timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence that enables decision advantage and supports integrated planning, operational execution, and strategic outcomes in complex and dynamic environments. You will drive multi-source intelligence integration, synthesizing Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Cyber, and associated metadata to produce high-confidence analytic assessments. Your analysis will characterize the operational environment, identify emerging threats, and provide deep insight into adversary networks, capabilities, and intent. You will develop and deliver intelligence products and briefings that inform senior military and U.S. Government leaders, directly supporting mission planning, targeting, and execution. You will collaborate and synchronize with interagency and operational stakeholders to align intelligence priorities, support continuous operations, and ensure alignment with evolving mission requirements across the USSOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Additionally, you will advance analytic tradecraft, processes, and capabilities that enhance mission effectiveness and drive operations against Drug Trafficking Organizations (DTO), External State Actors (ESA), Malign State Actors (MSA), Counterterrorism (CT) threats, Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCO), and Counter Threat Networks (CTN), in alignment with USSOUTHCOM priorities.

Responsibilities:
- Performs Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Support to Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Emerging Technologies; Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED), and Next-Generation ISR collection directed toward the identification, targeting, and exploitation of emerging threats within the SOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility.
- Provides analysis of SIGINT, Cyber, and Commercially Available Information (CAI) (ex. Commercial Telemetry Data (CTD)), including the execution of analytic functions, the performance of analytical services, and providing expertise to assist the government in day-to-day staff support functions.
- Provides specialized senior-level expertise in Intelligence Analysis to support the execution of multi-disciplinary intelligence fusion activities and support the SOFETOPS mission.
- Conducts ongoing requirements analysis of theater-specific operations.
- Collaborates and coordinates with DoD and interagency Partners to provide flexible, real-time solutions to emerging threats.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance w/ Poly
- A bachelor's degree and three years of experience, an associate degree and six years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with five years of directly applicable experience.
- Minimum of three years' experience in intelligence coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.
- 3 years of experience working in the role of Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), Multi-Disciplined Language Analyst (MDLA), Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA), or MOS equivalent.
- SIGINT or Cyber analysis experience, with demonstrated knowledge of the databases and collections systems used in the development of intelligence products.
- Expert level knowledge of tools, methods, and databases used in the development of intelligence products.
- Experience working with NSA/CSS and/or JSOC in targeting, intelligence analysis, and/or operations.
- Ability to operate independently with limited oversight while effectively collaborating in JIIM environments, supporting senior leaders and time-sensitive operations.
Desired:
- Language proficiency in an additional language: Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin), Portuguese, Russian, or Arabic.
- Experience supporting U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), Joint SOF, or Combatant Command elements in complex, multi-domain environments.
- Completion of relevant SIGINT Analysis courses.
