Expert Level GEOINT Lead Integrator

Required -
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or another STEM discipline.
18+ years' of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
18+ years of experience leading systems engineering, systems integration, architecture, and technical analysis efforts across the full system lifecycle.
Extensive experience designing, analyzing, documenting, and integrating complex IT or enterprise systems.
Expert-level experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community acquisition processes and/or PPBES.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-organizational engineering and integration initiatives.
Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
Preferred -
Extensive knowledge of the GEOINT Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) Architecture.
Experience supporting the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System for Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) environments.
Knowledge of enterprise modernization initiatives, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Multi-Cloud architectures, and Edge Computing.
Experience with Digital Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools, processes, and methodologies.
Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification(s).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and lead multi-agency integrated project teams.
Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
