Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Administer, maintain, and harden enterprise Linux and Windows servers, Oracle database servers, and core network infrastructure.
• Automate system monitoring, log analysis, and patch management processes to maximize uptime and security.
• Support DevOps lifecycle integration, test-driven development, and implementation of robust security policies.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 10+ years
• Total Compensation: $273k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Monitor system logs and applications daily, developing automation for ongoing monitoring and alerting.
• Conduct scheduled system backups and data archiving procedures.
• Perform Linux system hardening following information security engineering principles and industry best practices.
• Maintain and administer Windows servers, Linux servers (CentOS/Ubuntu), Oracle database servers, Apache servers, DNS servers, and Domain Controllers.
• Apply operating system updates and server patches in a timely manner, automating workflows where possible.
• Design, configure, and install information systems including routers, switches, servers, storage systems, and workstations.
• Design and implement Microsoft Windows-based domain architectures.
• Support hardware and software acquisitions, licensing renewals, and change management documentation.
• Assist with DevOps pipeline deployment, automated deployments, and compliance scanning.
