Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day project activities and coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
- Manage and maintain project tasks, workflows, and reporting in JIRA.
- Develop and maintain program documentation.
- Coordinate priorities and ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on schedule.
- Serve as a primary point of coordination between the customer, project team, leadership, and supporting organizations.
- Support requirements tracking
- Coordinate with technical leads and subject matter experts without requiring hands-on technical expertise.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure information is current and accessible.
- Support planning for new initiatives, changes in scope, staffing requirements, and project priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 10 years of experience leading or coordinating projects in a government, defense, intelligence, or technology environment.
- Experience managing project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience using JIRA for project, task, workflow, or issue tracking.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams, customers, and senior leadership.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
