Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Knowledge of Programmable Automation Controllers (e.g. Schneider M580) and Quantum drive systems used on industrial ship to shore cranes with commercial solutions 2) Performs traditional system administration duties on various Windows Operating Systems and 3) Manages a cybersecurity training program and provides guidance to ensure system administrators and users receive mandatory annual cybersecurity training and system specific training. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09).

- Ensures procurements fulfill all cybersecurity requirements and guidance.
- Ensures proper security requirements analysis for procurements.

- Serves as an Information Management Office (IMO)/Systems Administrator providing Information Management support and services.
- Ensures proper implementation, application, and reporting of compliance using the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) tool.
- Maintain or secure an Authority to Operate (ATO) for Garrison owned control systems.
- Resolving user IT problems, submitting IT and service requirements on both Secure Internet Protocol Routing Network (SIPRNET) and the Non-Secure Internet Protocol Routing Network (NIPRNET).

- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
- This position has been designated as "Key" and shall not be vacated during a national emergency or mobilization. The incumbent must be exempted from recall to active duty.
- Appointment to this position is subject to a one year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 11.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.
- The incumbent may be required to deploy on 24 hour notice at such time as directed to support ship to shore crane operations at all CONUS locations.
- Required to work irregular shifts, weekends, holidays, and nights to accommodate vessel schedules, exercises, contingencies and emergencies. These shift changes and adjustments to incumbents working schedule may be with little or short notice.
- This is a Defense Cyberspace Workforce Framework (DCWF) position. The incumbent is required to satisfactorily complete the appropriate training as outlined in DoD 8140.01 Cyberspace Workforce Management within 6 months of assignment.
