Responsibilities
- Candidate will work on components from three MDS aircraft: MH-6/MH-47/MH-60.
- Responsible for inspecting, adjusting, repairing, and returning to service power train components including gearboxes, rotor heads, tail rotor systems, stabilators, rotor dampeners, and other components.
- Will use supplied technical references to complete all assigned work.
- Document all work completed in ACN.
- Will use PPE and hazmat products IAW with technical publications and site procedures.
Qualifications
- Must have 6 years of aviation rotary wing maintenance experience, preferably with 2 years of component repair experience.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must possess or be able to obtain secret clearance.
- Service school producing army MOS 15D or equivalent desirable.
- Must have own tools and toolbox.
- Must be familiar with digital record keeping systems such as ACN, ULLS-A, ELAS, etc.
- Must have have the physical capability to work in tight spaces, at heights, on wings, use ladders, operate tugs, operate lifts, bend, squat, kneel for long periods of time.
