Airlift Validator
Kaizen Approach is currently seeking an Airlift Validator to provide airlift requirement validation, transportation analysis, and movement planning support to U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) at MacDill AFB, FL. In this role, you will analyze and validate air and surface movement requirements, manage TPFDD information, assess inter- and intra-theater force flow, and identify transportation constraints and shortfalls throughout the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). This position involves deconflicting flight schedules and passenger and cargo loads, coordinating movement priorities, developing transportation CONOPs, and recommending multimodal transportation solutions. You will work with AFCENT Air Mobility Division (AMD) and other theater mobility stakeholders to resolve movement requests and maximize the effective use of available transportation resources.

Requirements:
- Must have the ability to analyze and validate airlift and surface movement requirements in support of joint deployment, distribution, transportation, and theater mobility operations.
- Must possess experience utilizing the Joint Planning and Execution System (JOPES), including the ability to manipulate and interpret JOPES data, manage Time-Phased Force and Deployment Data (TPFDD), and validate airlift requirements.
- Must be capable of conducting inter- and intra-theater force flow and transportation analysis to identify capabilities, constraints, shortfalls, alternatives, and potential impacts to operational requirements.
- Must have the ability to coordinate and deconflict flight schedules, passenger and cargo loads, transportation resources, movement requests, and established theater movement priorities.
- Must possess experience developing transportation Concepts of Operations (CONOPs), evaluating multimodal transportation solutions, forecasting transportation requirements, and supporting Theater Clearance Requests and official travel coordination.
- Must have experience within the last five (5) years using GATES, JOPES, Single Mobility System (SMS), and Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS), with knowledge of USCENTCOM TPFDD processes and applicable joint logistics and distribution guidance.
- Must possess and maintain a current IAT Level I professional certification and have the ability to coordinate with AFCENT AMD and other theater mobility stakeholders to resolve intra-theater movement and execution issues.
- Must have three to seven (3–7) years of relevant mobility/logistics operations experience or equivalent military/operational experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, military studies, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
