This role will provide project controls, financial management, cost/schedule analysis, and programmatic support to ensure programs meet contractual, budgetary, and performance objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage project control activities supporting government programs and contracts.
- Develop and maintain budgets, funding profiles, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Track costs, commitments, funding, and expenditures against program budgets.
- Perform cost and schedule variance analysis and provide recommendations to program leadership.
- Develop and maintain EAC/ETC forecasts and support Earned Value Management (EVM) activities.
- Support Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), program milestones, and resource planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial and programmatic reports.
- Monitor contract funding, deliverables, milestones, and contractual commitments.
- Support contract modifications, funding actions, program reviews, and audits.
- Coordinate with Program Management, Finance, Contracts, technical teams, and government stakeholders.
- Identify financial and programmatic risks and support mitigation efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Program Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of project controls, program controls, financial management, or program management experience in government contracting.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance w/ polygraph
- Experience supporting an MPO, DoD, or Intelligence Community program.
- Experience with EAC/ETC, IMS, and IBRs.
- Experience with Costpoint, Unanet, or similar financial systems.
- Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and government contract requirements.
- PMP or other relevant certification.
