Job Description

ANTICIPATED AWARD: February/March 2027
ANTICIPATED START: March 2027
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
LOCATION: Arlington, Virginia
Salary Range: $125,000-$175,000 annually
Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI Clearance, adjudicated within the past five (5) years

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement security architectures for technology programs across multiple classification levels.
• Analyze program objectives, core technologies, end items, national security requirements, related programs, acquisition lifecycles, and transition requirements.
• Develop and recommend short- and long-term program protection strategies.
• Determine and apply appropriate physical, information, personnel, and other security requirements.
• Support programs involving fundamental research, CUI, collateral classified information, SAP, SCI, and other compartmented information.
• Develop, review, coordinate, and execute comprehensive program security documentation, including SCGs, Program Protection Plans, Test Security Plans, OPSEC plans, SOPs, accreditation plans, transition plans, transportation plans, and related documentation.
• Support SAPF/SCIF and information system accreditation activities.
• Maintain required program security information in applicable Government security databases.
• Plan and execute security support for program meetings, design reviews, technical reviews, tests, demonstrations, and other events.
• Conduct staff assistance visits and support security compliance inspections.
• Assist with security incident mitigation, inquiries, and investigations.
• Plan and execute program closeout activities.
• Communicate independently with DARPA organizations, performers, transition partners, and Government/industry security and technical personnel.
Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
• A Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related DoD or IC program security experience -OR- an Associate's degree with 8 years of related experience.
• Subject matter expertise across multiple program security disciplines, including:
o Fundamental research security principles.
o Undue foreign influence risks.
o CUI and applicable DFARS requirements.
o S&T protection planning.
o Security classification architectures.
o OPSEC.
o COMSEC.
o Sensitive test planning.
o Intelligence oversight.
o Intelligence and counterintelligence threat support.
o Secure information transmission.
o Secure hardware transportation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide credible security advice to PSOs, PMs, SETAs, Technical Office leadership, and Government/industry partners.
