Job Description
SABG is seeking a Facilities, IT, Audio/Visual, and Logistics SME to support the office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Space Acquisition and Integration (SAF/SQ) in Arlington, VA.

JOB TITLE: Facilities, IT, Audio/Visual, and Logistics SME
CLEARANCE REQUIRED: TS/SCI
LOCATION:Arlington, VA
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Resolve or facilitate resolution of end user questions and issues by providing best practice solutions for desktop, network, hardware, and software technical problems to SAF/SQ members across multiple networks (NIPR, SIPR, BICES, JWICS, NMIS, SPRG).
- Coordinate with internal and external information technology service providers to perform problem analysis and achieve resolution of problems in a timely manner, and when appropriate and required escalate to appropriate personnel to assist in resolution.
- Assist with SharePoint and site management for Public, AF Portal, IntelShare and DAF SharePoint Online sites.
- Provide Site Management/Site Collection Administration by performing end- user requirements gathering and definition support for web-portal based systems.
- Assist the Government in developing the intended functional requirements, writing, and managing the detail design, and reviewing and clarifying any questions or issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance duties on technology related equipment and facilities to assure superior/trouble free functionality.
- Assist the Government in defining solution approaches; improving site design and functionality; and creating custom workflows.
- Provide assistance and support to maintain and execute SAF/SQ facility agreements, manage supplies and equipment, and maintain and repair facilities and equipment to ensure organizational compliance with required standards.
- Provide the support needed to operate the SAF/SQ's meeting and conference facilities at all SAF/SQ locations in the Pentagon, including set-up.
- Provide Information Systems Security Officer duties for SAF/SQ, to include: software and hardware issues, account access, data transfers, scanning, and copying data to/from external media.
SUPERVISION: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Required experience and qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5-10 years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, SharePoint Administration or Information Technology Services Support.
- Previous Client Service Technician or Designated IT Representative experience.
- SharePoint site access management and subsite creation experience or willingness to learn.
- Background and training in the application of various knowledge management and collaborative tools including MS SharePoint and SharePoint Designer.
- Detail-oriented and motivated self-starter able to work independently to complete objectives.
- Excellent communication skills to work directly with military/government customer and contractors.
- Able to use problem solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues and manage complex projects, generate alternatives, if needed, and make recommendations.
Desired experience and qualifications include:
- Power Automate experience.
- Power Apps experience.
- Microsoft SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019 system experience.
- Microsoft M365 SharePoint Online system experience.
- OneDrive for Business online system experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Skilled in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
- Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
