- Performing environmental monitoring of aseptic production areas, including viable air, surface, particulate, and personnel monitoring.
- Incubating samples, documenting and reporting results, and submitting data.
- Preparing for and conducting microbial identification and transferring samples to contract labs.
- Conducting microbiological media growth promotion testing and maintaining departmental stock cultures.
- Supporting aseptic process simulations through inspection and evaluation.
- Executing equipment qualifications, ongoing cleaning, and maintenance.
- Performing safety testing on in-process and final drug products.
- Supporting general laboratory operations, such as inventory maintenance, ordering, cleaning/disinfection, and sample receipt/disposition.
- Hold a BS in a science-related field, preferably Microbiology (degree requirement may be waived based on relevant experience).
- Have experience with aseptic processing and cleanroom environments
- Possess intermediate Excel skills and professional writing experience.
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a regulated laboratory setting.
