Must currently have and maintain an active TS/SCI level U.S. Government Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
Summary:
• Support cyber operational teams by conducting threat hunt operations and data science activities.
• Define operational requirements and create intuitive visualizations to convey analytical findings.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• 5+ years in cyber security operations related fields with a B.S. in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
• Total Compensation: $320k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Apply cybersecurity, data science, Defensive Cyber Operations, and networking domain knowledge to support cyber operational teams.
• Perform threat hunting on assigned data platforms, report findings, and convert methodologies into automated capabilities.
• Conduct operational research, statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and advanced statistical modeling.
• Gather customer cyber operations requirements, generate use cases, and deliver training to end users.
• Support analytical requests including data queries, visualizations, and custom dashboard creation.
• Utilize query languages, statistical modeling, and visualization tools such as Python, SQL, AWS, Azure, Splunk, and Wireshark.
