The Senior Staff Audit Support Specialist assists with the planning, execution, communication, and reporting of internal audit activities. Responsibilities include identifying operational risks, performing compliance, financial, and operational audits, preparing clear work papers, and providing value-adding recommendations to management and the Audit Committee.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant technical training and certifications.
- 5 to 7 years of directly related audit experience.
- Certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CFE are preferred.
Required Skills & Proficiencies
- High level of proficiency in ACL, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and MS Project.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear, concise communications.
- High degree of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within collaborative teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel out of town on a periodic, as-needed basis.
