eLearning Graphic Designer

Lynch Consultants is seeking an eLearning Graphic Designer to join the team!

The eLearning Graphic Designer / Multimedia Specialist will develop high-quality visual and multimedia assets for interactive, scenario-based adult learning courses. The individual will work closely with Instructional Designers, Storyline developers, and QA personnel to translate instructional concepts and storyboards into engaging, consistent, and production-ready visual experiences.

Salary: Up to $77.00 per hour

Work Location and Schedule:

• 
  Remote position. Schedule will be flexible but must accommodate periodic virtual meetings with Lynch and senior Government leadership during normal business hours.
  

Required Qualifications – Must Have:

• 
  MUST be a U.S. Citizen
  

• 
  MUST have 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or eLearning visual design.
  

• 
  MUST have demonstrated experience in creating graphics and multimedia for eLearning, training, or adult learning environments.
  

• 
  MUST have experience developing assets for Articulate Storyline/360, Rise, or similar eLearning authoring platforms.
  

• 
  MUST have strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator and Photoshop, or comparable professional design tools.
  

• 
  MUST have the ability to translate technical or complex concepts into clear, engaging visual representations and experience collaborating with Instructional Designers, developers, and other members of multidisciplinary course-development teams.
  

• 
  MUST have the ability to manage multiple assignments, meet established deadlines, and incorporate iterative review comments, along with experience supporting Federal Government or DoD training environments, is preferred.
  

Skills & Duties:

• 
  Design graphics and multimedia assets for interactive eLearning courses.
  
• 
  Maintain organized source files and reusable asset libraries to improve consistency and efficiency across courses.
  
• 
  Incorporate client, instructional design, development, and QA feedback through the course-development lifecycle.
  
• 
  Apply established templates, branding, and visual standards consistently across multiple courses.
  
• 
  Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Storyline developers to ensure graphics support the instructional intent and learner experience.
  
• 
  Prepare and optimize graphics for integration into Articulate Storyline/360 and other eLearning platforms.
  
• 
  Develop visual treatments for scenario-based and decision-based learning experiences.
  
• 
  Create custom illustrations, diagrams, infographics, icons, characters, backgrounds, and other course assets.
  
• 
  Develop visual concepts based on instructional storyboards, scripts, scenarios, and course requirements.
