Job Description
Seeking a Senior IT Consultant to provide advanced technical guidance, lead complex systems engineering efforts, and support government directed IT modernization initiatives. This role involves specialized analysis, solution development, and leadership of medium to large technical projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and analyze Authorization Services processes, procedures, and technical solutions
• Coordinate with government stakeholders to define requirements, constraints, schedules, and workloads
• Recommend modernization of authorization service policies, practices, and IT solutions
• Produce and maintain documentation for lifecycle hardware maintenance processes
• Draft technical solutions to enhance and modernize infrastructure services (with government approvals)
• Evaluate applications for capabilities, languages, and migration readiness
• Provide collaboration and information sharing tools to support training, outreach, and stakeholder awareness
• Conduct analysis, develop processes, and produce deliverables to increase mission stakeholder knowledge
• Lead Systems Engineering efforts and major phases of complex IT projects
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (must already be held)
• Certified System Administrator Certification from ServiceNow
• Certified Implementation Specialist in Integrated Risk Management OR Governance, Risk and Compliance
• High School/GED + 20 years relevant experience
• Associate’s degree + 15 years
• Bachelor’s degree + 12 years
• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering initiatives
• Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
• Proficiency developing and maintaining customer focused reports and dashboards
• Hands on experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
