The Opportunity:
As a US Army Europe & Africa Command (USAREUR-AF) G2 Publicly Available Information (PAI) Analyst - Linguist you will provide Intelligence-related mission partners with PAI collection, research, and investigative support with timely and relevant information pertaining to threats to U.S. equi ties and the Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF) mission in the region. You will embed at USAG Clay Kaserne in Wiesbaden, Federal Republic of Germany and may travel within Europe, Africa, and CONUS as required. This position is contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employees must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.

Responsibilities:
- PAI Collection & OPSEC: Develop and execute PAI Level 2 collection plans adhering to U.S. intelligence community operational security, using managed attribution, identity management, and advanced website/social media extraction techniques.
- Targeted Monitoring: Gather and monitor publicly available information (PAI) from diverse media, including internet, social media, print, radio, and satellite transmissions-following general and specific G2X collection plans.
- Source Evaluation: Identify and analyze credible, corroborated PAI sources from multiple outlets, accounting for unique source biases and contrasting perspectives.
- OSINT Product Development: Produce timely, accurate OSINT-specific products-including technical reports, running estimates, briefings, official memorandums, and link charts-to address counterintelligence and counterterrorism requirements for USAREUR-AF G2X.
- Trend & Regional Analysis: Apply deep knowledge of Europe and Africa (history, customs, current events) to identify trends, conduct assessments, and support Information Operations.
- Integration & Sharing: Assist all-source analysts by integrating PAI with classified data and share intelligence analysis with U.S. and foreign partners as directed.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Requires fluency in Farsi (primary), Arabic (secondary), and English, with a native or 3/3 DLPT proficiency rating to accurately interpret mission-relevant foreign languages.
- Master's + 2 years, Bachelor's + 4 years, Associate + 8 years, or HS Diploma + 10 years of related intelligence analysis/operations experience.
- Must possess or complete U.S. Intelligence Community or equivalent industry-standard PAI/OSINT and tools training.
- Active TS/SCI with SAP eligibility.
