Job Description
The KASTELLUM Group is seeking a highly qualified All-Source Analyst to join
our team in Colorado supporting U.S. Space Force.
Duties as a Mid-level Analyst:
• Leverage technical and analytical skills to evaluate mission directives and
mission tasks for weapons systems and mission equipment.
• Coordinate with intelligence squadrons and divisions to apply cross-
functional analysis and reporting efforts supporting multi-domain
operations.
• Use SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT reporting databases,
data repositories, and portals to gather and collect data to support
internal and external analytical production requirements and Requests
for Information (RFI).
• Apply analytical methodologies to analyze trends, patterns, anomalies,
and unidentified activity related to foreign satellite systems and
operations.
• Apply understanding of various collection platforms to explore new data
sources, build effective queries, and combine information from different
sources.
• Validate information and apply DIA’s analytic tradecraft manual and
methodologies as you build assessments for IC intelligence products.
• Research foreign space and counterspace forces, activities, and
capabilities including, but not limited to, civilian and military
organizations; command structure, leadership, equipment, weapons, and
systems and their readiness and disposition

• Demonstrates comprehensive all-source intelligence knowledge and skills
that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for
the labor category.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information
that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated,
and / or technically advanced.
• Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting
and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations,
and intelligence disciplines.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on
information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes
and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive
products for defense intelligence.
, • Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical
problems.
• Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic
methodologies.
• Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to
challenge differing perspectives.
Clearance:
• TS/SCI clearance and CI Poly required.
Desired Experience:
• At least 8 years of experience with strategic all-source intelligence
analysis, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple
intelligence sources and analyzing findings
• At least 3 years of experience working on a HQ Staff (4 or 3 star level)
• Experience with EW concepts
• Knowledge of intelligence reporting and collections requirements
• Knowledge of Space EW and/or ISR
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area from an accredited college or
university recognized by the US Department of Education
• Completion of the Space 100 Course
