CNC Lathe Machine Operator
Location: Anaheim, CA
Compensation: $26-$35/hour DOE
Position Type: Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Available

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machine Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team at King Tek. In this role, you will play a key part in operating and maintaining CNC lathe machines, contributing to efficient and high-quality production.

Schedule
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of CNC machining experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC lathe machines according to specifications
  • Measure and inspect parts using work instructions, drawings, and blueprints
  • Manage multiple jobs and priorities efficiently
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain strict quality and safety standards
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with GibbsCAM or Mastercam programming
  • Familiarity with metals and alloys
  • Background in quality inspection
  • Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles
  • Experience with manual milling, lathes, or grinders
Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
  • Stand for extended periods
  • Perform repetitive motions, as well as bending and maneuvering in tight spaces
ITAR Requirement
Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or otherwise eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorization.
