What You'll Do

• Build and assemble composite parts with a focus on precision and attention to detail (sometimes in tight spaces)
• Keep your workspace clean and organized, following 6S guidelines
• Maintain fast, efficient work while upholding quality standards
• Follow safety rules, wear PPE, complete paperwork, and collaborate with your team

Who We're Looking For

• 6+ months of manufacturing or similar hands-on experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working with your hands, on your feet, and in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for instructions and documentation

Schedule

• Day Shift: Mon-Thu, 5:00am-3:30pm (OT may be required Fridays)
• Evening Shift: Mon-Thu, 3:30pm-2:00am (OT may be required Fridays; evening shift earns 10% premium)
