Job Description
Qualifications
BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5 in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of relevant hands-on systems engineering, MBSE, or digital engineering experience supporting complex government, defense, national security, or space-based systems.
Experience applying MBSE methodologies across the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements definition, CONOPS development, architecture development, integration, verification, validation, and technical review processes.
Proficiency with MBSE frameworks, modeling languages, and tools such as SysML, UAF, Cameo Systems Modeler, Cameo Enterprise Architect, MagicDraw, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of system-of-systems architecture development for space, ground, communications, sensing, targeting, or multi-domain mission solutions.
Familiarity with Department of Defense acquisition processes, portfolio acquisition execution, technical performance metrics, procurement strategies, or government acquisition documentation is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with government stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners.
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance is required.
