We have an immediate need for a a highly skilled and motivated Systems Architect to join our team and support the design, implementation, and optimization of mission-critical systems and data environments. The ideal candidate will have experience architecting secure, scalable solutions across cloud and on-premises infrastructures, with expertise in networking, cybersecurity, data management, and systems integration.  This role requires a strong technical background in AWS and/or Azure environments, network architecture, data analytics, and application assessment.

Key Responsibilities


In this challenging yet rewarding role as a Systems Architect, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You are primarily responsible for and must have demonstrated experience in and/or using:

• 
  Architecting, designing, or implementing mission internet systems


• 
  AWS and/or Azure networking, security, logging, administration, provisioning


• 
  Android emulation, reverse engineering, mobile app analysis 


• 
  VPN tunnel configuration, obfuscation techniques


• 
  Fingerprinting, signature analysis, deconfliction


• 
  Accreditation, A&A, security control, systems hardening


• 
  Cisco router configuration, LAN switching, VLAN tagging


• 
  Collection and exploitation of data on mobile apps including domestic and foreign.


• 
  Performing data analysis such as gathering information to determine data sources, data targets, data definitions, and data relationships.


• 
  Working with data in a variety of structured and unstructured formats.


• 
  Producing technical documentation for operational use.


• 
  Triaging and troubleshooting data issues. 


• 
  Developing requirements for testing, assessing applications, and systems for data management.


• 
  On-the-job experience with image analysis, manipulation, and processing in Photoshop or similar tools. 


• 
  On-the-job experience working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. 


• 
  Transferring and handling sensitive data. 


• 
  Preparing task plans, task documentation, and overall 
  activity reporting documents. 


• 
  Developing data ingestion tools that extract, transform and load the data based upon data mappings. 


• 
  Building databases and developing software applications to manage the extraction,
  transformation and loading of data. 


• 
  Performing data modeling, data testing and data documentation. 


• 
  Data management such as versioning of data and backups.
  Working with users to define requirements for analysts or operational customers.

Highly Desired Qualifications


Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include working with and/or knowledge of:

• 
  Works with users to identify and develop system requirements taking into account the desired results, hardware limitations and operating requirements, identified by the Sponsor.


• 
  Provides operational testing and recommendations for continuous improvement of equipment and software for collection and exploitation. 


• 
  Provides coordination across Sponsor’s organization and business partners to expedite data sharing, processing and governance activities. 


• 
  Analyzes new technologies, hardware, and software to determine the applicability and need for the existing or proposed system, to include security, storage, and network technology.


• 
  Interfaces directly with Sponsor management for requirements for data collection and exploitation. 


• 
  Programmatically manages solutions for virtual operations. 


• 
  Collects and manages requirements for planning and produce outcomes from virtual operational requirements.


• 
  Provides data assessments and prepare analytical reports from datasets.


• 
  Collects and exploits profile, content, or metadata information.


• 
  Evaluates data accessible in the public domain, including foreign social media websites and applications from mobile and stationary platforms.


• 
  Assists in planning and managing multiple projects involving the infrastructure and exploitation platforms.


• 
  Assists in the integration of data with existing platforms for correlation and analytical insights.


• 
  Establishes strategic objectives based on the Sponsor’s vision for the data collection platforms.


• 
  Conducts technical exchange meetings with stakeholders on business and technical requirements.


• 
  Assists to condition, coordinate, collect, and perform data transfer of data sets for integration and analysis.


• 
  Collects, ingests, and exploits large and small dataset collections.


• 
  Provides field technical and operational support for data analysis and may require some Temporary Duty travel.
